GETTING A LOAN WHEN THE BANK SAYS NO

What is specialist lending, and how can I help?

About Specialist lending

Australia’s major banks & lenders have specific lending criteria that they use to assess loan applications. Typically borrowers are required to have a permanent salary, provide 3 months of payslips, and demonstrate they can pay back the loan without experiencing financial hardship.

Specialist lending, sometimes referred to as non-conforming loans, is a specialist loan with broader credit criteria that falls outside of the standard requirements for a loan by most major lenders.

Specialist loans cater to those who fall outside of traditional lending criteria, such as self-employed business owners, individuals with past or current credit concerns may also look to a specialist lender to help them regain control of their finances.

A specialist lender can see many borrowers have the capacity to service a loan but may be overlooked by traditional banks because of their employment-status or as a result of an event in their lives. This would have temporarily impacted their ability to meet their financial commitments.

Credit repair helps borrowers regain control over their financial situation and gets them a step closer to achieving their financial goals.

While the process can take some time, determination and consistency in repayments will help borrowers to refinance later, when the time is right.

I will take into account your particular financial circumstances, and identify the products and solutions that may fit your needs.
